    This report is as negligent as the administration’s response. This data is essential to getting resources, PPE and testing to communities hardest hit. This Admin is used to skirting the law, we're used to calling them on it.

    HHS should be embarrassed by the lazy, incomplete, 2.5-page copy-and-paste job it calls a “report” on the racial disparities of COVID-19 cases. I'm going to keep fighting until we get this monthly demographic data as required by law.

  18. Yesterday’s announcement left us with more questions than answers and I have been on the phone with families worried about childcare, faith leaders concerned it is not safe to gather, and small businesses worried about their workers’ health & access to PPE.
