If this is true I am ashamed to be British.

Let's be truthful dude do you think she'd be safe here? I hope she would but I fear she'd find herself in the same situation Ayaan found herself in before she had to seek asylum in America. We've got massive issues with radicalism that we simply haven't got to grips with.
-
So..... the Jihadis are winning then, surely??
-
Yes, currently they are. When government officials and the police are more scared of being called wacist than doing what is right there can be no other outcome. ISIS is welcomed home with open arms but a woman fleeing death is denied a safe place for her family. It's madness.
-
This is extremely disheartening, sad & upsetting on so many levels. Surely they will rethink this? I think whatever the outcome would almost be worth it to avoid the precedent being set in stone. Does everyone really think it would end here? This would embolden perpetrators.

This is why ppl tend to vote in favour of right-wing parties in d current political climate. And there’s no wrong in it either.

This is shameful. We're okay to harbour, feed, house and clothe the likes of Anjem Chowdhury but are unable to provide shelter to Asia Bibi.
-
UK is more worried about muslim backlash. This is what happens when u try to give coverup and excuses for a particular religion which hasn't reformed in the past 1400 yrs.

So frustrating.
-
What's frustrating is that we've sleep walked into a situation where we can't accept an asylum seeker from a minority in pakistan, that is a majority in the UK.. because we can't guarantee her safety from what's a minority here...
-
It’s worse than that. She’s a Christian which whether we like it or not, is the religion that has shaped our country’s morals, traditions and laws and is, in part, the reason we fought for our freedoms and why people want to live here. This woman is more “one of us” than so many.
-
Britain should see this as an opportunity to draw out the violent intimidators so they can CRUSH them. Can't afford to tolerate that kind of intolerance.
-
Mmm. Not sure thats going to happen anytime soon.
-
Which is why they'll slowly lose cultural ground until there's nothing left. I think I just described globalism.
-
The “New” Religion. Where we become citizens of nowhere and believe in nothing.

I live in the UK & would love her & her family to come to live here. I don't know how much safer it would be as we have welcomed back in jihadi's & have supported & imported the mass spread of Islam. But I think it will still be safer then there.

Dammit. Why ppl can't see that
-
because they want to pretend everything is fine, that you should be tolerant and peaceful too all people, even to ones that agressively don't want you. This and celebrity cult following, because only person that lives in guarded community knows what is better for you.
