It’s a good area. The Village outdoor mall and across the street another Westfield mall. Lots of construction happening in the area. Tons of good places to eat on Ventura Blvd. My kids go to school in West Hills right next to it l.

Yeah, that was the appeal to me, that I could get a house adjacent to a park or conserved lands. We were looking a new construction at Sterling off of Roscoe and Valley Circle and then another house by Bell Park. I also rather like those rocky hills by Woolsey canyon but...
