Selling your #indiegame is hard, but finding a good name for it is even harder. Everything has been taken already! And sometimes it just has to be slightly similar to trigger a lawsuit. Would I get in trouble with @AxiomVerge for calling my game "axiom strike"?

I'm not a lawyer, but I think one of the key litmus tests is whether there's likely to be customer confusion. Is it in the same genre? Similar art style? Etc?
