everyone always talks about how anxious they feel cause of twitter but I unfollowed everyone who posts >25% about politics or news a few years ago and its much better that way
Similar... I try to follow people in the games industry or who tweet about games... though there is still anxiety since it is another form of work/responsibility

It’s why I left Facebook. My in laws run a farm, and I volunteered to run the page for them, got all excited to start up the rest of the social media stuff, and that somehow worsened the mental issues I’m dealing with re: cross country move and house fire.
