It feels seriously strange and isolating sometimes as a solo dev to realize how few of us there are. Like nobody was interested enough by art, code, music, writing, and game design to learn them all and then also combine them into somethimg

Downside is the old company went out of business but then the software was purchased by a new company so I'm not sure of they have it for sale yet

That's another I haven't tried yet. It's been a challenge finding software and composing something that suits the mood but doesn't become distracting after a while on a loop. But, C'est la vie. Little by little. I'll give Ableton a go, too.

Yeah, I basically only use Sonar because I took a class in it way back in college and was too lazy to switch. I think they all do the same things it's just the interface that differs
