Would this work: 1. Switch income taxes to sales taxes 2. Since everyone is now taxed equally, we also pay everyone some minimum amount ($10k a year?) to offset the burden on low income households

nah cause sales taxes kinda cap out after a while, a billionaire isn't buying a thousand times more stuff as a millionaire
