I wish chrome for mobile had a way to "copy url" without making you select the damn text manually, or that at least that the long press you need to bring up the "copy" dialog would select the whole thing

Are you talking about Android or iOS? On Android you can click Share and then Copy Link. Then the icon for Copy (or whatever you used) will show up next to share for next time c:

I think you can go to Chrome's Menu, then tap 'Share' and in between all the options you get (WhatsApp, E-mail, Messenger, SMS etc.) there's the "Copy to clipboard" option.

Oh you said mobile. If I click the address bar once, it selects the entire string
