I'm still working out how to not say "um" every other word when on camera

My version of "um" is "so" I say "so" in lieu of um and basically every director, casting agent, and my own agent have told me to work on it and I can't shake it.

I can make it go away if I pretend to be a fake-sounding TV/radio personality, but I prefer not to do that ... I imagine if you are on camera every day you can practice and get rid of it normaly...
