It can be hard to tell that you even need medication until you are on it for a while, then decide to stop, and compare. You're speaking to me with this Tweet my man. I've never taken medication, and I haven't "seen someone" in years. I should be far more open to both. Having crushing stress and anxiety is no way to walk through life. I've a knot in my stomach/chest pretty much all day every day.
