Especially when you start getting up there in followers... you could easily send a whole twitter army into a frenzy and hurt someone unnecessarily

I think that righteous indignation effect where people react to someone doing something shitty by ganging up on social media, getting them fired, etc. is dangerous. Sometimes you put away a bad person but other times you are acting emotionally before getting the whole picture

I think it's a good idea, whenever you have that feeling like, "I'm going to expose this jerk and it will be so awesome to watch them get taken down!" you need to take a step back and see if there isn't a more measured response
