      Its not a refresh rate issue, refresh rates are identical, this happens on multiple tvs and with multiple hdmi cables, have not found a solution on any forum and it doesn't happen with any games other than retro/pixel graphics games

      All pixel games but modern games like Destiny 2 and AC:Origins run fine. Weird that it does that but turns out 3 of my HDMI cables were bad and the new one I got with my Steam link works! 😁

      AV just stretches to the resolution of your desktop... maybe the TV doesn't like that resolution? Or if the TV is 30 hz, 120 hz, or 240 hz I could see that confusing things.
