Twitch / Youtube partners who have a lot of tax deductions can you please DM me, I have some questions on tax deductions for streaming (this is my first year streaming, I know my taxes will hurt) Is it wise to spend a decent amount on tax deductible items before tax season?

Basically, without deductions I will be spending a lot on taxes, if something is tax deductible does it 100% get taken out of your taxes? Lets say I owe 10,000 in taxes, if I buy a 1,500 PC and a $500 camera for streaming upgrades, are my taxes I need to pay now $8,000? Or no?

No. Deductions are not 100%. Just a portion. Biggest recommendation is to always save 30% of your income along with deductions.

Yeah I saved 50% of all my earnings from all income sources, but I just wanted to know if I should spend a chunk of that on upgrades / tax deductible things - Do you know about what % is a write off?

It usually makes sense if you knew you needed something anyway... an important software or hardware or upgrade to your studio. But if you buy stuff just to get a discount you will end up with junk you don't need.
