That sucks. I've used it since right around then too, but admittedly have continued to use my old version and never bought an upgrade past Sonar XL. Recorded a number of albums with it though, and will continue to do so.

You're always welcome to join Reaper. :) It's *extremely* affordable and super flexible and the community and devs are really active and awesome. Bit of a steep learning curve due to its flexibility.

Hey man try out Ableton. With Max integration the possibilities are infinite. Though it can be pricey
