This time we're not allowed to pay out of pocket for my son's physical therapy. After his 40th visit insurance won't cover and you need special permission from them before you can even book an appointment.

And they won't let you request said permission until after the 40th appointment, so no therapy until you go through the whole process.

I'm truly sorry, and I hope for the best with your son. The way people have turned something as vital as the health of children in to a profit driven industry makes me sick.
