Reference looks Moorish to me. Possibly Inspired by stuff you find in Spain. Maybe take a look at Alhambra. Possibly there also is some Ottoman influence considering the ornamentals, but hard to tell with a single picture.

Cool Picture Collection. Clearly Moorish / Colonial Spanish and for the people a lot of Native american influences. Some of the minor building details like balustrades stuff looks also Venetian / Italian Renaissance inspired. It's mashed together from plenty of sources.
