XNA/MonoGame/FNA friends: do I really need to recreate everything referencing a GraphicsDevice if disposed and LoadContent is called again?

yeah I can't reproduce it atm. It was happening consistently last night but now, nothing. I changed some stuff so not sure what fixed it.

I thought it may have been caused by accidentally calling ApplyChanges during a Window.ClientSizeChanged event but it's not causing it now..

Looks like FNA does this anyway in GraphicsDeviceManager.cs line 366 (in INTERNAL_OnClientSizeChanged)
