XNA/MonoGame/FNA friends: do I really need to recreate everything referencing a GraphicsDevice if disposed and LoadContent is called again?

(on rare occasions switching to FullScreen discards it and calls LoadContent again. Then RenderTargets/Textures/VertexBuffers/etc are bad)

Yeah I don't know if it can in FNA? But (in weird situations I can't reproduce) it sometimes has for me in XNA.
