That happened to me once, but it was USPS, and got my package the next day with "Dog! Nope!" written on it. I don't own a dog...

I started using their free MyChoice or w/e program to get text alerts for deliveries. Works.

Just did that. But in this case they didn't ring the doorbell, just left the note and left.
