Suddenly my nose started dripping yellow fluid. Google says it's either a sinus infection or brain fluids. It stopped but I'm freaked out.

If that's the only symptom, then it's most likely a cold or infection (viral is most common). A box of tissues should suffice
I'm starting to feel sinus pressure now, so I guess it's really an infection

just refrain from tilting your head forward. As it's probably viral, you should be fine within a couple of days. (:

obviously medical consultation over twitter is far from ideal, so if you're still feeling bad, seeing a doctor is a good idea.
