Suddenly my nose started dripping yellow fluid. Google says it's either a sinus infection or brain fluids. It stopped but I'm freaked out.

most likely an infection. Does it hurt when you press above your eyes or tilt your head? Fever? Other symptoms?

any recent trauma? Headache? Hearing or vision problems? Csf leak is extremely rare. Is the discharge liquid or more mucus-y?

If that's the only symptom, then it's most likely a cold or infection (viral is most common). A box of tissues should suffice
