Suddenly my nose started dripping yellow fluid. Google says it's either a sinus infection or brain fluids. It stopped but I'm freaked out.

most likely an infection. Does it hurt when you press above your eyes or tilt your head? Fever? Other symptoms?

mine does that a lot- you can tell which fluid it is based on the smell and "flavor" (as it'll drip in your throat"

in my case it's just sinus problems; usually runs like a faucet for a few days suddenly, insomuch it hits me by surprise
