@AxiomVerge it depends on what you need to do. for most cases, using built-in "print to PDF" functionality in programs like Word will do.Thanks. Twitter will use this to make your timeline better. UndoUndo

@AxiomVerge do you wanna edit pdf files or just make them? virtuel printers are the way to go and they are free for just creating. -
@AxiomVerge as for a editing program of pdf I really haven't found one that is better then acobat or at least not free

@AxiomVerge I've found most tax forms "fillable" and available on state and federal government websites. It might already be there for you. -
@aspacelot I just filled out a W-9 that was fillable up until the date ... then I had to use PDFescape to add text there.
