      @AxiomVerge just picked up the game, super fun, BUT, with my GeForce 960, no matter what settings I try, Char disappears on damage :(

      @KinamKrindar Turn on the fps display in steam...probably the card is ignoring vsync and the damage flicker is out of phase with the screen.

      @KinamKrindar Well, if the vsync setting in the game's option menu doesn't work, the graphics card may have something - triple buffering?

          @AxiomVerge after MUCH fiddling, got display settings to have refresh rate of 60Hz, now can still have 1k+ FPS and see the invuln blink
