      @bstrwlf If you manually navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Axiom Verge\Content, and you see "XML" there, that's bad

      @bstrwlf In that case, can you uninstall, delete that whole Axiom Verge folder, and reinstall? Sorry about this, it could affect everyone

          @AxiomVerge @bstrwlf i might look into this to, sounds similar - steam prepares to boot the game then the pop up goes and game doesnt boot
