It seems a lot of devs start their indie studio first, then try to think of what game to make, rather than vice versa. Which did you do?

@AxiomVerge We formed our studio after having a big game in production - as a necessity, more than anything else!
@generaltao Yeah, I didn't actually have a company until I needed an EIN to fill out Sony's forms!
