Anyone know if when writing shaders if I have foo*(formula) and foo = 0 will it bother to compute the formula?
@netgrind At Petroglyph we have a shader that only runs when compiled for debug...I didn't write it, though :-)

@AxiomVerge and that's not on purpose? That is one thing that scares me about writing shaders is all the weird hardware support. -
@netgrind as I recall in our case the compiler is most "confused" when we use a struct to pass multiple vars between multiple functions
