Being a creative person with chronic pain puts every moment in perspective. I'm super excited about work stuff as I'm struggling today with pain. Just a week since my worst migraine episode I'm experiencing another yet again. All these things at once are so exhausting.

Life happens to you whether you are ready for it or not, and you do not stop being you just because you are struggling with pain. Let alone chronic pain. The contrast of everything can feel like so much at times.

And because misery loves company, that's kind of how anxiety happens. I never thought I would struggle with anxiety, but here we are. Not a fan, really.

I take zoloft for anxiety. 200 mg, which is a lot, but any less and it comes back.
