I did once with a large purchase, I think it was a PC so around $1,000. It was done within a business day cycle. Not sure what'll happen if it was initiated late on a Friday, though. Their support is pretty good though, I bet if you message them from your account they'l expedite
Anyone ever had @paypal decide to "review" a purchase before allowing you to make it? How long does it normally take?

I have and it was because of a purchase via GOG. They flat out denied my ability to purchase it. The review was 3 days on a $5.00 purchase before they said no.
