Has there ever been a PC with a game built into its BIOS?

Pressing F2 or F8 at the right time is kind of like a game.

Hm... theoretically you could hijack the BIOS menu system to make a super rudimentary game. Reminds me of the hardware level virus POCs done like 4 or 5 years ago.

Not sure it's ever been done, but it's theoretically possible.

None I know of. I kinda made one? I built a game into an ISA card so it'd show up as a BIOS extension, and you could play Tetris in a system with no storage or network.https://twitter.com/Foone/status/814721725552177153 …

Finally working! Note how many disk drives this machine doesn't have: But it's got Cartridge Tetris, thanks to my new ROMtris board. pic.twitter.com/LhyGr6cUBa

I suppose it depends on what you call a "PC" and how technical you want to get with "BIOS". Multiple games have been built for Oscilliscopes. They are using Basic Input Output Systems to render playable games. Does that count?

Also Snail Maze for Sega Master System if you're willing to call that a PC... https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snail_Maze
