Maybe you could get a midi keyboard and a DAW and start plotting notes on a piano roll and slowly forget how to play anything with your actual fingers like I did

Seems to be! Also I forgot how sheet music works because I got so used to looking at a piano roll grid. But I only had like 2 years of lessons so not much to forget.
