You do not need to have anything wrong with you to go to therapy. If you feel stressed, that's enough of a reason to go. (Honestly, if you're human that's enough of a reason to go but some of you aren't ready for that answer.)

I have been thinking that everyone should have a therapist the same way everyone has a primary care physician. I suspect it would save us from a lot of unnecessary conflict and anguish.
