its been the best of times and the worst of times for me on this app
I wonder if twitter ever regrets the name of their app, the nomenclature of its interface, and how consequently most powerful people in the world now wield the power of life and death over billions via something called a "tweet".

I mean, I can’t really blame them for that part. They built a silly little app to let you send out text messages. They couldn’t have known it would unite and doom the world. The Nazis, though, I’ll totally blame them for the Nazis.

The zealot culture that has grown since the advent of "always being wired" becoming a norm is disturbing, but I think you're giving social media and the morons that abuse it too much credit TBH. We have a lot more red pills seeking truth now... that should give you peace of mind.
