I loved RE2 remake and I am sure RE3 is great. However, I love the experience of diving into something brand new regardless of whether it’s a slam dunk or not. I enjoy it because those studios have tried something. It’s for me to decide then how much I love it. Also, Indra

RE2 was a delightful intermission. They should've done RE8, then RE3, then RE9, then RE2 again
-
Yeah, that would work. I just get the feeling that I am gonna be playing RE7 Remake on PS6 before I ever get to play RE8.

Well if the rumors are true RE8 is in development and it's first person again (which I didn't want) Also RE2 was in development for years. Only 3 is too soon. I personally want RE Revelations 3. 1 was amazing and 2 sucked

I loved first person to the bone (and it is also VR-ready approach)

I liked the first half of RE7, but I don't really like that direction for RE -- it feels like another game all together. RE2 was perfect for me and what I want out of the series personally
-
I haven't played VII yet but that's how I felt about it. It was as though they were using the franchise to sell a new, unrelated game. I hope I'm wrong.
