      it's technically not a softlock since the "pre-death" state allows for pausing and quitting to the menu, I guess you were two steps ahead of me but it counts!!1!

      Thanks, yeah, once upon a time there were more tiles below the screen and then I had the bright idea of saving like 1k of memory by chopping the level to fit its screen size. I shoulda put something cool under there tbh.
