What do you mean? Can't you sort the document however you want?
Why is it that every so often I sit down at my computer to discover all my @googledocs have moved back to the top of the page? I have some really long docs and it sucks to lose my spot.
Anyone know a way to prevent this? (other than, you know, switch to Word, RDRR)

I can move the scroll bar to wherever I want, but I don't want to have to move it

Its not a perfect solution, but if you set up title text, you can use the document outline to jump between sections much easier. I usually make sure to include something near the bottom in title text in order to always have a point where i’m working to jump straight there.

Not really this issue, but another Docs issue, esp for diaries etc, is the one where it takes forever to load large docs (only loading a dozen or so pages at a time). We “solved” this by sorting it chronologically with newest at the top.
