I just use it to draw non pixel art... my animation is mostly pixel art so I do it in GraphicsGale, and if it's skeletal animation I put the GraphicsGale textures into Spine and animate in there
Worth mentioning that I used to use Anime Studio / Moho with my own scripts to export to the game, but it was very much non-ideal

It's good stuff. They are super responsive the community, too, when I asked if they could have a nearest neighbor filter on the editor, it appeared the next day.
