      Lets not forget that philanthropy, even if they spent as much as they should be paying in taxes, is something THEY control. Do we really want billionaires to decide what public works are important to them, rather than what public works are important period? (no, we don't)

      Maybe there should be some kind of "vote on where the billionaire taxes go", so the government doesn't just use it to fund whatever lobbyists tell them to
