Maybe @Morrison / @morrisonrothman Never worked with them personally but have followed his work. They help with all kinds of legal stuff around the games/games dev scene so maybe Ryan et al could assist with at least who to start with if not them.
Does anyone have a favorite CA business lawyer? Needed to help with paperwork moving business to socal.
