Yes. I teach library science in elementary, and we just finished an entire month of digital citizenship that included safe and responsible behavior, source evaluation, person vs. private information, digital drama and cyber bullying, and digital footprints.

With that said, I cannot verify that ALL schools do. I feel it is something lacking across the nation.

Yes, but they handle the obvious things like, don't tell people where you live, don't send pictures of yourself. Nothing like how to treat people

That isn't their job. Thank god they don't teach kids how to treat people. That's the job of parents.
