Best dialogue ever in all of gaming was guards in Splinter Cell who find a body and a minute later say, "sometimes people just die, you know?". I wish I had just drank something to spit when I heard that. Brilliant writer.
Maybe how the enemies in stealth games always forget you're there after you hide for awhile and go back on patrol. They never call in the rest of their army or fumigate the room with poison gas or say "screw this!" and just desert their post.
