That only means you’ve never been a woman in it ;) YouTube video comment sections of my talks are scary places... Usually work is mostly fine with most things... but it’s hard to tell because you won’t know when someone was promoted over you because of professional looks.
That is depressing... Probably the most correct thing is to be the change you want to see but it's hard when the rest of the world won't play along.
