You have to dig through a bit to find it, but after following some menu items under 'Contact Us', you can eventually find a chat option. They should be able to help you, I'd think. They've been surprisingly good in the rare instance I've had weird issues.

Just tell them you haven't recieved your order (you technically haven't). When the seller reaches out and says it's been delivered per the tracking, take that opportunity to communicate what arrived was the wrong item.

Okay did the chat and thet issued me a refund and said that if I re-order it won't happen again. Still based on the reviews I wasn't the only user to have been shipped this headphone case. The seller doesn't even carry headphone cases so I'm sure it's an amazon issue.
