Not with it, but Axiom Verge had such issues before
@AxiomVerge patched it.
Even after the patch I had complaints from a visually impaired player that there was not enough contrast... hope to add an option for this in the next game

yeah platformers in general have a tendency to be really bad for us who don't see well, there's always at least one level where things are rather hard to see for us.
