Tab delimited files are the worst. Especially when a vendor randomly switches to them from commas with no warning. :D
It is weird that when you open a .csv file in Excel 2013 it default assumes it should be separated by tabs rather than commas.

or how about how it automatically converts "1-1" in a csv to "January 1" and theres literally no way to change that behavior i had to add a suffix to all my entries so it wouldnt do that

I've haven't had that problem though I don't have it in English, may it be the language format also then?
