So is Monogame.DesktopGL better than FNA?
Without D3D11 support, it won't work with shaders compiled by MGCB, right? Because it's shader model 3 and MGCB is 4?

I'm trying to move away from the XNA content processor... so if I set the Platform to DesktopGL in Monogame, the same shaders would run in FNA?
