I don't know what to think of this Roof Rage quickly going down the chart after the initial release boost, but it's freaking scary how fluctuating it is. Any advice from people who released on Steam ?
It is all marketing... trying to build hype up until release so a bunch of reviews come out on release day. Then people immediately forget. It is always spikes followed by long periods of dip @Dan_Adelman

Yeah, everyone dips right after launch. It's scary, but that's life. If you're EA, make sure to publicize your (meaningful) updates as often as possible. Since you're multiplayer, Twitch streamers will be helpful. You may also want to organize tournaments, etc. Just some ideas.
