Having a kids show discuss mental illness in such an educated and mature way is so refreshing. This could potentially help thousands of kids open up to parents or anyone else they trust about any trauma they have experienced in the past or even now.

This is the kind of scene that puts the entire show up to this point in a whole new context and will make rewatches of the show truly sting more, and I mean that in the best way. This is freaking Bojack Horseman territory.
