As of Monday, I started my journey of weight loss. I'm currently 241 lbs and that's just terrible for me. My end goal is to be at least 170 lbs. I want to make my end goal to be 140 but thats shooting for the stars. I'm currently cutting off all sugars and carbs. Wish me luck!
