There’s no definitive answer of how to deal with a loss. When your failure or stubbornness takes precedence over your drive to be at the top, that’s when you need a change of perspective.

I agree. His point is valid and yours should tie with it. It’s not like he’s saying “I’ll punch a hole or something.” I’ve been there before and still am now. I get angry at myself cause I know I could’ve handled situations better to change the outcome. Then I review and adapt.

If anything, I think if he used the word “frustrated” then people wouldn’t be reaching at “throwing the controller, punching a wall, cussing the other people out.” Nonsense. He could’ve used a better word to replace “anger”
